Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you (the parent account holder) and tinycoders. They explain who can use the platform, what you and your kid can publish, and what we can and can't do in return. We've written them in plain language. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Who can use tinycoders
- You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
- You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose work is published under your account.
- By signing up, you confirm both of the above.
- Children may not create accounts. They participate as the creators of content that the parent uploads and approves.
2. Your account
- Use a real email address — we use it for account-critical notifications.
- Don't share your sign-in. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account.
- Tell us right away at safety@tinycoders.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You're responsible for your CLI tokens — keep ~/.tinycoders/credentials private and run tinycoders logout on shared computers.
3. Content rules
You're responsible for all content you publish, including content created by your child and then uploaded under your account. By approving a deploy, you confirm the content meets these rules:
- No sexual, explicit, violent, or hateful content.
- No content that exposes personal information about your kid, other kids, or anyone else without explicit permission from the affected parent or person.
- No copyrighted material you don't have rights to use (songs, characters, photos found online, etc.).
- No deceptive content — no fake login pages, fake error messages, scam links, or anything designed to trick visitors.
- No tracking pixels, advertising, crypto miners, or scripts intended to harm or surveil visitors.
- No links to harmful, scary, or age-inappropriate sites.
- No impersonation of real people, businesses, or organizations.
For more context, see our Safety guide.
4. Parent approval is a feature, not a formality
Every change to your kid's site requires your explicit approval click in the dashboard before it goes live. Clicking Approve is your active confirmation that you've reviewed the deploy and that it meets the rules above. Take that click seriously — we do.
5. What we can do
- Remove content that violates these terms or the safety rules. We'll try to notify you, but for clear safety violations we may act first and explain after.
- Suspend or close accounts after repeated or severe violations.
- Investigate reports from other users or third parties.
- Cooperate with valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders).
- Discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
6. Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property and you must too. If you believe content on tinycoders infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to safety@tinycoders.ai with the URL of the content, a description of the work being infringed, your contact information, and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury. We'll review and remove infringing content promptly.
7. Third-party services
tinycoders relies on Clerk for authentication and Cloudflare for hosting. By using tinycoders, you also agree to those providers' terms as they apply to the parts of the service they support.
8. The "as-is" stuff
tinycoders is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the service running and your content safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet every expectation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, tinycoders disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, tinycoders' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. tinycoders is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using tinycoders at any time and delete your sites from the dashboard. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@tinycoders.ai; we'll do so within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We can end your access to tinycoders if you violate these terms, especially repeatedly or severely. The Privacy Policy's deletion commitments still apply when we end the agreement.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll email account holders at least 30 days in advance and post the new version here. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
(If your attorney recommends a different jurisdiction or arbitration clause for your operation, swap this section before public launch.)
